The project is in the final stage of pre-construction preparation, with the team systematically completing the required technical, organisational, and legal procedures to ensure a high-quality and well-structured commencement of works. The tender process for selecting the demolition contractor is in its final stage. At the same time, work is underway on-site preparation and the establishment of construction monitoring and control processes.

As part of the mandatory preparatory measures, a court-appointed expert is conducting an assessment of the structural condition of neighbouring buildings, followed by the preparation of an official technical report. Particular attention is being given to protective measures for adjacent properties and strict compliance with all safety requirements at the initial stage of works.

The tender for the construction supervision consultant has been completed, and the contract signing procedure is currently in progress.

Site mobilisation is planned for the end of May. Demolition works are expected to commence between late May and early June, following the completion of all required preparatory procedures.

At this stage, the focus remains on the thorough refinement of all technical and organisational aspects, ensuring a structured and efficient project delivery from the very outset of construction.

During February 2026, active work continued on the “Cara Dušana” project within the preparatory phase.

During the reporting period:

• a tender is being conducted for the selection of a demolition contractor;
• the selection of the general contractor is in progress;
• a company for technical supervision and quality control is being selected;
• negotiations with suppliers and site logistics preparation are ongoing.

At this stage, activities are mainly preparatory and may not be visually noticeable, but they are essential to ensure construction quality and adherence to timelines.

The project is progressing according to schedule. The transition to the active construction phase is expected upon completion of tender procedures and site preparation.
