We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and well-organised professional to provide administrative and operational support across financial processes, business documentation, office operations and the company’s day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities:

• collecting, reviewing and organising invoices, receipts and supporting documentation;
• preparing payment requests and monitoring payment completion;
• communicating with accounting, banks, suppliers and external partners;
• monitoring expenses, documentation and basic financial processes;
• working with Serbia’s System of Electronic Invoices (SEF) and other business platforms within the scope of assigned authorisations;
• preparing, reviewing and archiving business, administrative and HR documentation;
• supporting office operations, procurement, translation arrangements, notary appointments and business travel;
• assisting employees with routine administrative and finance-related matters;
• providing general administrative and operational support to the Operations Director and the team.

What we expect from candidates:

• previous experience in finance administration, business administration, office management or a related field;
• understanding of basic financial processes, invoices, payments and document workflows;
• a high level of accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail;
• the ability to handle confidential financial, business and HR information responsibly;
• good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
• excellent command of Serbian;
• English proficiency at B1 level or above;
• knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
• experience with SEF, 1C or other ERP or accounting systems will be considered an advantage.

Due to the expansion of our project portfolio, RBIgroup d.o.o. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on complex construction and development projects in Belgrade.

This position is responsible for overall project delivery, coordination of key stakeholders, and control of timelines, budget, quality, and risks.

The role includes working with designers, contractors, technical supervision teams and internal stakeholders, monitoring contractual obligations, resolving critical issues, managing project risks, and coordinating the engineering team.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• a university degree in civil engineering or a related technical field
• at least 5 years of relevant experience
• proven experience in managing complex construction and/or development projects
• strong knowledge of construction processes and applicable regulations in the Republic of Serbia
• strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
• the ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of results
• advanced proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera)
• English at B level or above; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• a Category B driving licence
